Morning yoga for everyone!

Welcome to Morning Yoga at Riddergaarden Mountain Lodge with Kamma Brauner.

Start your Saturday & Sunday with a calm and energizing yoga session in beautiful mountain surroundings at Beitostølen. This 60-minute yoga flow class focuses on balance, strength, presence and conscious breathing, and is safely led by experienced Kamma Brauner. The class is suitable for all levels.

The class is held in our beautiful conference room, Synsberget.

Everyone is welcome to participate, and external guests can also book breakfast and spa services in addition.

The class starts promptly at 8:30 AM, so please arrive early so you have time to roll out your mat and take a few deep breaths before the session begins. Yoga mats are available for those who don't have their own. The class is suitable for all levels.

You don't pay anything before you arrive, so if you want Yoga, Spa time and Breakfast, please let the reception know upon arrival.

Yes, we do not guarantee a free space if you do not pre-book, but you are of course welcome to drop in!

About the instructor – Kamma Brauner

Kamma is 26 years old and grew up in Copenhagen. She is a trained dancer and almost three years ago became a certified yoga teacher in Colombia. Although she no longer actively dances, she has brought the flow and movement of dance into her yoga practice.

She is trained in Vinyasa and Hatha, and also has experience with Ashtanga and Yin yoga. For the past six months she has been teaching Vinyasa and breathwork in Copenhagen, and she greatly appreciates combining breathwork with yoga. For Kamma, breathing is an important tool for being more present and present in the body.

Practical Information

Morning yoga awakens the body and mind, increases energy and focus, and provides a sense of calm and balance. Through conscious breathing and gentle movements, both body and mind are strengthened, while creating a moment of well-being and presence before the day starts.
