Morning Yoga: Ashtanga Light
Start your day with energy and focus. Ashtanga Light is a light and adapted version of Ashtanga – a dynamic yoga form that combines breath and movement. Poses are held for five deep breaths before moving on.
This session is suitable for all levels , and you will feel your body working and your mind finding peace.
Afternoon Session: Calm Yoga & Relaxation
After a day of adventure outside or a quiet moment at Riddergaarden , we gather for a soft and calm yoga class. We start with a few sun salutations before moving into deep, relaxing stretches. Here you will find your way back to your breath and presence, wrapped in blankets and soft clothing.
Lecture: Body, nutrition and balance
Christine gives an informative talk about how lifestyle and food choices affect the body, our energy and immune system. You will gain insight into how small adjustments can make a big difference in everyday life.
Biophotonic Scanner – measure your immune system
After the lecture, Christine offers a completely painless measurement of the carotenoid level in the skin, which tells you something about the body's antioxidant status. The measurement takes 30 seconds, and you get the result immediately.
No diagnoses are made, but you gain valuable insight into your body's own balance and health.
